I recently went for a health check-up. It started off pretty casually — I just wanted to do an allergy test because I kept getting these red, itchy bumps all over my body. So naturally, I assumed I was allergic to something.
Turns out, I’m not allergic to anything AT ALL.
Instead, the results said I’m highly sensitive to everything.
Does that make sense?
Not to me. But apparently, that’s the conclusion.
While I was there, I decided to do a general health check too — and that’s when I found out my cholesterol is HIGH ( Sad) (Painful) (Slightly offensive)
My dad, was very kind, told me it could be inherited. So yes, I’m choosing to blame his genetics. It feels only fair. Also very convenient, considering my endless cravings and deep love for food.
That said, jokes aside, it was a bit of a wake-up call tbrfh.
So now, I’m trying to be better.
Better with food choices (lol – what a joke).
Better with sugary drinks (also lol – really girl?).
Nothing extreme. No sudden personality change. Just small, intentional adjustments. I’ll start slow — but the goal is to reduce 5kg before July. I think it’s doable. Maybe. Hopefully. (Let’s check back later.)
For now, this is less about punishment and more about taking care of myself — because I want to feel better, not just look better.
One step at a time. Fingers crossed — I am hopeful…..
